I offer death doula services, medicine sessions and ceremony for those facing life transition, terminal illness and death.

The end of life calls you into a deep conscious exploration. You may be feeling uncertain, sad, fearful, confused, or upset. I’m here to sit with you, offer counsel and reflection, hold your hand, reflect on and record your memories, and conduct rituals and ceremony to help you through this time.

Different from and complementary to mental health therapy and counselling, my offerings help you meet your internal self as you go through the passage of dying and death.

A safe place to be physically and emotionally held. Touch that heals. A ritual to mark a passage. Ceremony that brings sacred experience to your life.

You don’t have to explain everything. You are invited to feel anything. Your whole self is welcome with me.

    Medicine Sessions

    When you’re facing terminal illness and dying, it can be helpful to gain answers through spiritual and shamanic tools.

    Together we will look into it using guided visualization, tarot cards, breathwork, somatic exercises and reflective dialogue.
