About Penelope

I thrive on helping others navigate life’s challenges with somatic coaching, intuitive guidance, psychic readings, creative ritual and deep conscious reflection.

I grew up in a remote mining town in the far North of Canada, where I spent my childhood in boreal forests and swamps, surrounded by nature and devoid of urban amenities. Despite the challenges of growing up in a strict religious environment, I felt a deep connection with the Earth and the Aurora Borealis during my childhood. This led me to explore life through connection to nature, sacred experiences, and relationships with others.

I’ve been a student of embodiment, meditation and tarot for 28 years. My somatic coaching mentors include Corinne Diachuk and Caffyn Jesse. I’m currently apprenticing with animist teacher Angela Prider. For seven years now, I have studied the way of the Divine Feminine in Jumana Sophia’s Her Mystery School. As well, I’ve spent much time dreamworking with Toko-Pa Turner and the Centre for Applied Jungian Studies. I walk on the medicine path of Earth magic, soul journeying, dreamwork, ritual and ecstatic movement. I’ve been working with psychic readings and energy healing since I was 21 years old, and I became an intuitive touch healer in 2014.

After becoming a mother, I moved to Vancouver Island in 2006 and found my forever home next to the Pacific Ocean. I have been settled here for nearly two decades, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to offer support, somatic coaching, intuitive healing, and guidance in ritual and ceremony to people from all walks of life. In addition to my work, I enjoy writing, singing, playing guitar, making art, and spending time in Nature.

I feel blessed to have been led to where I am today, and I hope to bring healing, joy, clarity, and beauty to everyone through my hands, words, wisdom, music, and art.
